can't send usermessage

Dear Members,

I have installed a redhat fedora server with DirectAdmin, but something doesn't work. When I'm adding a new user/reseller the message won't be deliverd to the new user/reseller. Usermessages also don't work.

Can somebody please help this beginner?

Have you tested with both destination email addresses on your server and off your server?

What version of DirectAdmin are you running?

Done that, doesn't work in either way

Did you install your own server or was it done for you by a hosting company?

You should probably get new copies of exim.conf and exim.pl from the DirectAdmin site here, then install them and restart exim.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, then the next time you get a late message grep the logs to see how many times it tried, and why it wasn't delivered earlier.

Hi,

The problem is solved, not with exim, but with a DNS backup. Finally it works again. I hope DirectAdmin gets a restore function soon!
