Can't Turn On Multi Server

I have two DA servers and am trying to enable Multi Server functionality on both. One of the servers works fine but the other lets me click the Turn On button and tells me it's gonna take up to one minute but when I return to the Multi Server page the function is turned off still.

Any ideas?

None of these timestamps are associated with my attempts to Multi Server on.

Do you really allow 137467504 IP#s for user phaqtotum?
