is already upgraded to 5.7.37
What is the output of mysql -V because it seems you can't upgrade something you're already running.

Anyway, check what mirror you are currently using. Then use the set_fastest command again and see if it changed. If not, change the mirror manually restart directadmin and try again.

strange, all ok with your disk? enough space? no errors in dmesg?

I have absolutly no problem on updating other extensions or directadmin the only extension doesn't updated is mysql

You can just have a look in the /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild/options.conf file for a line like:
downloadserver=
check what it says not, then do:

./build update
./build set_fastest

from the custombuild directory
and see if that line has another server there.

If not, change manually to:
downloadserver=files1.directadmin.com
or
downloadserver=files-fi.directadmin.com
which are 2 working examples.

Then do ./build update
again and then try to update mysql again with ./build update_versions command.

Custombuild found them, they were not downloaded again.

Remove those rpm files, then try the update_versions again please?

It should download the RPM's again. If it does and still throws the error, then I guess a support ticket is needed or somebody else must know what to do.
