Hello,
I have a life time licence and I try to install directadmin in centos 9 or Almalinux 9. In my panel I don`t have option for centos 9 or Almalinux 9.
How can install it?

Thank you!

To install DirectAdmin on CentOS 8 or AlmaLinux 8, follow these steps:
Install the required packages:
perlCopy code
yum install wget gcc gcc-c++ flex bison make bind bind-libs bind-utils openssl openssl-devel perl quota libaio \
libcom_err-devel libcurl-devel gd zlib-devel zip unzip libcap-devel cronie bzip2 cyrus-sasl-devel perl-ExtUtils-Embed \
autoconf automake libtool which patch mailx db4-devel

I wish could have purchased a few DA lifetime licenses but currently have a few LTD in a bucket like Blesta, WHMCS, and few SaaS from AppSumo deals

I'm not sure if DirectAdmin is compatible with Centos 9 or Almalinux 9 yet.
It's compatible and few people reported about their positive experience during last 3-6 months. Ofcource with new OpenSSL it support PHP 8.x only

As far as I understood the Centos Stream versions, so also Centos Stream 9 is upstream (so kind of pre-release) to Redhat while Centos (old way) and AlmaLinux are downstream, so after Redhat, which most likely makes Alma more stable.

Both are supported by Directadmin. But I like stability more so I personally prefere downstream versions, so Alma Linux.
