Centos6 64 + DA on vps

I am struggling with the setup of DA on a VPS with centos6 64bit.
The whole setup worked ok and everything is running.
Switched DA to ipv6 because i only got one ipv4 address on the vps.
After this change i am running into the following problem:
Domains can be accessed directly by their ipv6 address but not by domain name.
(last dns change was over 72 hours ago thus should have propagated)

Edit:
Somehow i managed to disable ipv6 in total during my last session.
I will continue in a later stage and in the mean time any suggestion is welcome.

I tested many configurations and untill now no success.
I am suspecting the routing table because all newly added ipv6 addresses point to lo instead of eth0
Ping out over ipv6 to the gateway is possible over the default route but all ipv6 addresses are non responsive from the outside.
I tried removing the ip's in DA and added them again but they stay linked to lo instead of eth0.
(in my other servers ipv4 only the extra ip's all link to etho)
