chanche from user level to resel level

i have a user package and a resell package, now i had a backup from cpanel witch is transformet to a DA backup, but it only works i the man from my hosting put it in a user level, everything works good now, but how could i now (or the man from my host maybe) put everything from my user package to my package, without loosing all the setting of mail, mysql, password protected directorys, domainname settings and such, everything has to bee taken from the one to the other... (it would be beautyfull if the domains whitch are in my user level, could be users on my reseller level, if that can too, it would be great!)

He can just use the DA User tool to convert your account from a User to a Reseller. Then you can do the modifications of the domains on your own (making them individual users.. don't know why though. )

when the man from my hosting do it, he cant get the file http://www.l0rdphi1.com/tools/dausertool.pl he say's, anobody an idea?

I just used that fix to change some of my users. So I know it works.

Your hoster should do several things:
1. Read this thread and feel a bit ashamed to why a user should look for it instead of he/the company itself.
2. wget the tool
3. chmod +x it
4. run it, and follow the help included...
