Change default domain

Hi,

guys help me please. I've bought a VPS with DA with domain.com as default domain, registered nameservers etc and everything works fine.
But I can reach domain.com just through /var/www/html/ directory.
How can I add this domain to User lvl so I can add mysql db and add files with ftp etc.

Let's go. What is your domain name? Is it added into directadmin?
