"Change Limits" email user quota missing

Hi,

Sorry if this is not the right place or if there's something missing from this post, first help request ever. I've searched the forums and through Google but couldn't find any solution. A customer wants to set email quota but the option for changing that is missing. There is only "change password" and "download outlook configuration" available.

DA version:
# /usr/local/directadmin/directadmin v
DirectAdmin v.1.646
And skin is set to: Evolution

From what I understand it should look like this:

Is there an option somewhere to enable this? Could someone please help me fix this?
 
Is this screenshot from the system account or from a newly self made account for the domain?
Because this option is not present on the system account (so the automatically created mail account) only on self created e-mail accounts.
 
I've confirmed this by creating a test account. The option is there. This wasn't something I'd expect, thanks for telling me.
