change password for email and ftp account

Hi all,

I created 10 email accounts ([email protected]) and 10 ftp accounts in DirectAdmin by main account.

I send them to my company partner. But now, I want they can change password for email or ftp account by themselves. Ex: A only change pass for A, B only change pass for B.

I don't want they always contact me when they want to change. Beside, that is security problems, they know I know their password.

Change pass for email and change pass for ftp. Please help me.
