Change Pop3/Smtp Server Information after email creation

How to change pop3/smtp information bellow in bold

Details
Your account [email protected] has been setup. In your e-mail program, use:
Username: [email protected]
Password: ......
Pop3 Server: mail.ansaparaguay.com
Smtp Server: mail.ansaparaguay.com

I use power user theme and already check this file pop.html, pop_create.html or pop modify.html but nothing found.
