CHANGING DOCUMENT ROOT

I need to change my main domain document root from /public_html to /public_html/public

I've tried everything and cannot solve it.
 
1. HTTPD Configurations
2. Find Domain in the list of all domains
3. Press httpd.conf text in the table
4. Customize (Top-right)
5. httpd.conf customization for yourdomain.com box you paste:
|?DOCROOT=/home/admin/domains/yourdomain.com/public_html/public
