Changing my domain on DirectAdmin

Hi

I'm working on a new website and want put it on the server of my old website. Today I logged in on DirectAdmin with the old website's login and changed my domain name to the new one. On the DirectAdmin page it had changed allright but the new domain doesnt work yet (error-page shows on ie) and neither does the old one. The old one does give the homepage of my host provider...
Can someone tell me what to do here?

I also have been searching a way to change te user name for direct admin cause I now have a really stupid one from back when I registered that old domain about a year ago. Is this possible?

1) Look here.
2) Check to make sure DNS for your new domain name has propagated.
3) Check with your host provider.

Do you mean your hostname on these forums? If so, then send a private message through the forums from each username. You'll probably lose the posts in this username so refrain from creating more.

Note that it takes a lot of time to reindex the forums and we don't do it everytime someone wants to change a username. So keep in mind that it might make searches based on your username take longer until we also reindex.

Note that after we change your username we won't notify you. We will NOT change the password of the username we're changing, so be sure to remember to try the new username and old password so you can log in.
