Changing My login

Can anyone tell me how to change my login ID? not my password, but i need my ID changed. Thanks.

What SSH Client should i use? I downloaded PuTTY, but dunno how to set it up.

I downloaded PuTTY. What information do i use to log in? Please help. I really need my ID changes, cuz i'm getting alot of spam mail, and it's annoying.
