changing server time

How can i update my server time with the server time of another server like the windows time server ?

rdate -s rdate.cpanel.net

If you do not have rdate installed, you need to do this.

yum install -y rdate

thats the time i see in the cronjob page of directadmin

in my computer in holland its Sat Jun 7 18:11:54 2008

and thats the time it should be.
