Hi,
I use Directadmin and I didn't get any problem. But I have a problem with changing website's ip.
I add a new ip from admin panel, in reseller level shared the ip.
In user modify menu change ip to new ip,
ns1.domain.com ---> old ip
ns2.domain.com ---> new ip
they added from domain control panel 2 days ago.
If I enter www.domain.com I get apache functionin normally.
If I enter domain.com I get the index of my website.
I checked httpd configuration I did't see any error.
I can change another website's ip. I didn't get any errors.
I delete the account and restore with the new ip but I don't get any solution.
Where is the problem? Do you have any idea for fix this error?
Thanks

How long after making the change did you check the web site?

After five minutes. But changes made on server. And changes effects in one or two minutes.

Thank you for your reply but I want to learn,
is it effect on same server with different ip?

What is it that you do not understand about this statement?

When changing the IP of a domain, end users will have the old IP of the domain cached at their ISP's nameservers for a duration of the TTL (time to live).

No particular server is mentioned. In fact the problem you are experiencing is not even related to your server or any hosting server anywhere. The problem is related to your isp's nameserver cache.

cached at their ISP's nameservers
