just found this in my email:

chkrootkit:

Checking `wted'... nothing deleted
Checking `scalper'... not infected
Checking `slapper'... Warning: Possible Slapper Worm installed
Checking `z2'... nothing deleted

do i now have a problem??

Log into your server via the shell and run chkrootkit manually a few times.

If you get the same error over and over again, then you may have a compromised server.

tried again some times, and nothing
rkhunter also notjing, so hopefully it was a false alarm

if it doesn't show up even once, then it's most likely a false positive.
