Ok, here is the problem:

I have a client who has been able to login once. After that (first)time, he couldn't any more.

When he goes to: domain.com:2222 his loginscreen appears, but when he tries to login nothing happens; the logonscreen re-appears without any errors.

background information:
-He tried 3 different browsers (FF, IE, NS): none of them worked..
-He uses ZoneAlarm as firewall, but there's no difference when it's switched off.
-He has tried to login to an other useraccount, but that results in the same problem

so, has anyone got a clue what could be wrong and knows a sollution?

Last time I had this problem, it was due to a HD being 100% full, did you check that ?
Or is the problem only with 1 client ?

Can you check the DA logs in /var/log/directadmin/ ?

Another question...

What ISP does he use?

Some ISPs could be doing some form of cacheing that could be causing this.

If its a corporate client there might be a cacheing proxy server setup at his company, in that case your client has to contact the system administrator to either shut it off or disable it for your domain.
