Hi All,

I have a server in the US trying to send to a server in Israel.
I'm not clear as to why I'm getting the emails bounce.

[84.95.1.220] closed connection in response to initial connection

I was told that the reciepient is using GreyListing. Do I need to set anything
else to allow mailing to that user?

Thanks for any input.

It's not greylisting. Greylisting gives a temporary error and doesn't disconnect, furthermore it gives the error just one time unless your MTA has an incorrect retry configuration; you have a retry timeout which means that the message has been in the queue for days.

Just check with the MTA administrators at virt.inter.net.il what you can do about it, send them a message from GMail to [email protected] or any contact data you may find in their website or in the Whois database for their domain or IP address and hope that this time their MTA is going to deliver the message.
