Cloudlinux php selector per domain

So everybody who uses cloudlinux, knows the CL php selector, which comes with cloudlinux, is only user based. what we don’t want is let users edit there .htaccess in order to configure a per domain php version, while DA offers a much simpeler option through webGUI. I was wondering how you guys solved this issue? Did you use a custom virtual_host template, so it uses the alt-php version of CL?

The advantage of the CL php selector over the DA php selector is that users can enable the php modules per php version. Also php is more secure because it’s part of CageFS.

and you are right. This has been a discussion for many months now. But i haven’t seen a post how people solved this issue.
We are going to try the plugin solution Zhenyapan posted.
