CMD_API_CHANGE_DOMAIN does not work

Hi,

When I try calling the function

 CMD_API_CHANGE_DOMAIN

as a user I get the error "you forgot to post something".

Looks strange because I have posted the old_domain and new_domain with a value.

Could it be that this function is broken or do I need to post more values?
