/CMD_EMAIL_POP shows blank page for all users

Please, help. /CMD_EMAIL_POP shows blank page for all users and domains. At the same time, DA statistics shows 10-20 times more space used by email at least for one user.
I try to rebuild e-mail disk usage cache, turn count_pop_usage to 1 and
pop_disk_usage_cache to 0 (restarting DA each time). No effect.

Do you mean /CMD_EMAIL_POP?domain=example.com ? otherwise it returns a page not found error, as it should.
