CNAME DNS not updating

Hi,

I changed the CNAME record for my domain inventaria.cl 72 hours ago, but the changes still haven’t taken effect.
I’ve waited for the usual propagation time, but nothing seems to be happening.

I’m attaching a screenshot of my current DNS records, along with the domain name so you can take a look.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 🙏
 
Looks like you're using ninjahosting's nameservers which have other ip's than the server.
Are these ip's also on the server of your domain? If you use external nameservers, then you have to copy all your DNS records to the external DNS.

P.s. are you an admin? Because if not, you have to contact your host for support.

Hello, yes, I'm using NinjaHosting's nameservers (dns3.ninjahosting.cl and dns4.ninjahosting.cl), and the DNS records are managed through DirectAdmin, which is provided by NinjaHosting.

NinjaHosting doesn't give me access anywhere else to add or edit DNS.

I'll talk to them to see if they can help me.
