New server and get this, it won't go away, although everything is working. What I will say, there's a blank httpd-modsecurity-enable.conf file in the same directory.
Code:
Custom Mod Security configuration found!
Press "Update config" button to update it with values from this screen.
After update, backup of current configuration could be found in: /etc/httpd/conf/extra/httpd-modsecurity.conf.custom

On new server OWASP ruleset should be the default one, are you sure you didn't switch to Comodo yourself?

Shouldn't Comodo rules be used anymore then?
They could be used, however, that plugin is 3rd party (provided by comodo) and they install it by default when Comodo option is used. DirectAdmin has full ModSecurity controls in 1.61.4, so, you can manage it directly from DA without a plugin.

When I change to OWASP, will the Comodo stuff be removed, including the plugin?
It will, but plugin won't be removed, as it might store some data needed for it :) (for others, not your case..) So, feel free to remove it using plugin manager.

So in what cases will the plugin "store some data needed for it" after switching from comodo to owasp?
