comparitive spam email address

I can't seem to find any info on this because I think I am calling it the wrong thing. I know it exists though.

I have an email address that only receives spam. I wanted to blacklist or filter or something for all users anything that that one address receives. 100% of all email to that address is unwanted, and not wanted by any other address.

Can you simply delete the mail account?

Yea, I can easily delete the box, but I was hoping to use it to kill spam coming into the other boxes. Instead of wasting information. Since ALL mail coming in is spam, it could be used to train the bayisian or something.
