compress files

Hello,

on all my servers the compress function doesnt work.
so far i know it never work but i didnt post it before.

Hope this can be fixt soon.

Already made the file and the permissions but still get this error.

An error occured while creating the compressed file

Have you added any files to your clipboard yet?
The compression feature works by you adding the files you want in the compressed file, to the clipboard file. You select the files/folders you want with the checkbox, then click "Add to Clipboard".

If you haven't, then the clipboard file won't yet be created, thus the creation of a compressed file won't work.. as it has no clue what you want to compress

Files to be added into compressed tar.gz are specified prior to creating the tar.gz file.

The file lives at:
/home/username/.clipboard.txt
or the chrooted path in the filemanager is:
/.clipboard.txt
