Hi all,

Wondering if anyone can help. Since last week we had a server load spike which caused our VPS to be suspended automatically by our Virtualizor. After unsuspending, the load issue had gone and everything seemed normal so far. We then started getting reoccuring emails that seemed to be stuck in a loop. For half of the day the same emails that were originally sent earlier, were coming through over and over. After a few reboots and service restarts the email issue stopped and emails are working as expected.

We are now getting a server time out of sync message when logging into DA and also the daily cron jobs are no longer working. Checking the Server time via SSH shows the time to be correct on a VPS and Dedicated level. We have updated NTP to ensure the correct timezone is set and this has had no effect.

Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing DirectAdmin to think the server time is well out of sync and how we could fix this?

Thanks

IH

I get this too, but I keep all my logins open in tabs...... I just refresh and it's back to normal..... Guess it's some ajax funkiness

Ours doesn't seem to go when using multiple devices, deleting cache and refreshing.

Our admin cron jobs such as our daily backup isnt functioning either.

We have updated NTP on both vps and dedicated server but directadmin is still complaining the time is out of sync when everything matches.

Any advice would be appreciated

There has been no updates to the server or directadmin previous to the issue or after the issue. Currently showing the following message

Computer or server time out of sync by 775.90 hours.

Thanks for any help on this

BACKUPS before upgrading or changes ofcourse.

But seems like you are not knowing versions or running old versions i don't know or those could be problem check therefore first log files!

See fo example this topic about exim https://forum.directadmin.com/threa...entos7-exim-problem-after-some-minutes.61624/

Log files with DA log viewer in GUI or SSH paths see https://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=11

You can find a lot help and info's here https://help.directadmin.com/index.php?topic=0

Some versions info's in forum https://forum.directadmin.com/forums/version-updates.29/

Oyea newer knowledgebase https://docs.directadmin.com/ >>> https://docs.directadmin.com/operat...al/general/#setting-the-system-date-and-clock

Time and time zone settings related things is OS related normally and the settings for that to , so could be outside DA and their Support for your information!
