config exim require authentication

Dear all,
I have a system using DA, and email exim.
I want my customer check to the option "my server requires authentication" anh then "use same settings as my incomming mail server" to send email, If not they can't send email.
How can I do that, please help me, thanks!

I'm not looking now, but I believe the updates are done through a cronjob; find the cronjob and comment out the command.

Just disable it from running. Kill the proc and remove from autostart.
