Configure message system

What message system are you talking about? Are you sure you mean message (ticket) system that is built in directadmin? Or is it a limit of emails allowed to send by your users? If the last, you'd rather search the forums with request "limit" or "email limits".
 
I'm not too sure, since we use a third-party support system. Maybe John will enlighten us if this is possible.
