Hello, is it possible to create an email address and redirect email to this address and another to receive copies of emails?

I want the person actually receives messages but I have a copy of them.

Normally you only have to create an email account.
After that create a forward to your email address.

For example, create an account like:
[email protected]
and give the login credentials to your customers.
After that, in the email settings also create a forwarder like this:
[email protected] -> [email protected]

And you're done. When all is working well, the email should arrive on both email addresses.
