cpanel email dir to DA with no tar file

I have a client who would like us to download the back up and restore cpanel emails to her DA account with us.

unfortunately her host does not enable the backup button. So we have to do it manually.

is there a specific set of files/folders we need to copy and upload to the DA server?

The cPanel system stores email files/messages and sub-directories in /home/USER/mail/

where should it be stored in DA?

would the users be automatically added in the mailbox list of DA?
