Cpanel to directadmin Error

On a single user license and this is the error i'm getting

driving me crazy not sure where the issue is

Your user is listed as slyfoxto. The back up is trying to restore that user. Which It cannot do. The personal license only allows 1 user. That user is Admin. So you will need to either convert manually or some how convert the DirectAdmin backup to show admin instead of slyfoxto. It think there are some documentation or posts on this.

I don’t have a personal license so I never have had to do this, but I have read many post on issues like this
