Create user packages visible to all admins

Good day

I am not sure why, but any package I create is not available to the other admins on the server.
I am in the process of creating new, standardized packages , whereafter the other admins will assist in migrated clients from the legacy packages to the new ones.
This is for both user packages and reseller package.
But the packages that I have created so far is only visible to me, not the other admins.

Yes, separate admin as separate resellers has own packages. So they need to create same packages.

This makes absolutely no sense?
My experience is 100% with cPanel so bare with me here: If I create a package in WHM, it's for the server, not for my specific admin user.
Why can't I do the same in DA?

Yes it makes very good sense. CP works differently than DA.
In CP all admins have the same, so there you got the downside that you can not have admins with seperate packages.
In DA all admins have their own packages, so you can split admins and resellers, there are also occasions where you want admins with less permissions, this is also possible in DA, not in cPanel.
Only downside is that you don't have the same packages in that case.

But you can either use command admin account if you want that, because why multiple admin accounts needed then?
Or you can create the same packages in every admin account.
