OK, I have had several people ask me to set up their domain on my server. In the past I refused because i di not want to be bothered and only wanted my sites on my server. However, it has come to the point where I feel I am missing an opportunity so I should bite the bullet and start using DA as it was supposed to be used.
Here is how I have it set up now: all my own sites are listed under one user "admin" and on the same IP address except for two which are under different names and IP addresses. I would like to add all new sites for other people under one IP address but cannot figure out how to do this even after playing with the application for several days. I cannot fidn any step by step instructions on this either. I guess I have to create a user to manage all of these sites but as soon as I do that I cannot "share" the IP addfress. If I share the IP address then I cannot add a user. I am trapped. any help would be appreciated.
