Creation of domains

Hello to the community, I am really new to the DirectAdmin panel and I just bought the personal license where it says administration of 10 domains, I have looked for information and I cannot find where to create the domains? Anyone have any ideas.

Access Level --> User --> Account Manager --> Domain Setup
