HI,

I want to update Nginx but can't download the files... what is happening?

Nothing helped....

Yes I have one and the only thing in it is:
nginx:1.20.2:

But I've removed it now and still it's not possible to download nginx

It looks like I've to rebuild a new versions.txt file ...
But how?

I did:

./build set_fastest

./build update

But this gives a lot: Skipping ..... tarball, needs more arguments in doclean_old_tarballs().

Yes but if I download the file with wget, custombuild doesn't see it and still wants to download a file...
And with ./build nginx it still gives a 404 error

The ./build set_fastest command isn't necessary anymore normally. Just check if your mirror in options.conf is now files.directadmin.com and no other.

The correct versions.txt can be downloaded here (probably you already did):

https://files.directadmin.com/services/custombuild/versions.txt

Overwrite the current one. This line should be in there:
nginx:1.23.2:

Still gives a 404 then?

That is most likely because of you've removed version numbers from /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild/custom_versions.txt only. So your current file still contain nginx: without a version. In order to fix either remove the complete line from the file, or follow the suggestion from Richard.

The download did the trick! Only ClamAV wasn't able to download....

Should be done automatically on the DA update.
It's also possible to install it via the OS now since the custom installation is removed. There are some topics about it if you run into errors.
Or just let us know the issue you're running in to.
