Curl 7.70.0

Custombuild 2.0 is still building curl 7.69.1:

Is there any reason why the update to curl 7.70.0 has not been made?

7.70.0 should be available on most of the mirrors now (if it's not on yours - it could take ~4-6 hours to catch-up). Thank you.
