Custom category for user panel

Hi, we are thinking about hiring the service and I wonder if it is possible to add custom categories in the user panel, more specifically extra buttons with their own functionality in Python if possible.

Continuing with this topic and considering that from the "Customize Evolution Skin" option I can add new sections and buttons to the panel.

I'm wondering if there is more information in the documentation about how to add the graphical and html part of these buttons.

I added a button called Testing with and as Entry Type I put Internal using Testing as Route but obviously it shows me Error 404 when entering that section, that is the part that I cannot understand.

Probably somebody else will give you more help on how to customize evolution skin. I can only mention widgets and already named plugins.
