Custom Error Pages not working

I have try to edit Custom Error Pages, but it not working.

It remain at previous content.

May i know why?

Did you make sure you uploaded them to the right place? Are they large enough?

And have you restarted apache? (You shouldn't have to, but if you haven't tried that, then go ahead and do so.)
