Custom menu items not showing up

I added some custom menu entries to the Evolution skin, but they are not showing up for all users?
For my own regular test user they do show up: https://cln.sh/GEX97H (the bottom ones to install web-apps)

But for some other users they are just missing - am I doing something wrong here? They are activated properly in the menu settings.

I'm stupid and figured it out immediately. You need to add them for each reseller/administrator and I missed one
