Custom POP3/SMTP addresses in Evolution skin

Hello,

In which file can I change the displayed POP3/SMTP servers (mail.domain.com) after creating an email account in the Evolution skin?
I have the same address for every client, e.g. pop3.server.com, smtp.server.com

In addition, why is there no IMAP on the list?
