All:
I copy and pasted a lot of some of the forum posts (mostly from smtalk) into a cheat sheet. Mainly so I have it on my Computer or handy if not on the forum. I just thought I would share it. Feel free to correct it or add to it. It just an expedient. I have no claim being anything but a DA novice. I hope it helps some of you.

Added in cron commands as suggested. thanks to Richard G

It's a short version of the FAQ here https://forum.directadmin.com/showthread.php?t=44743&p=228591#post228591

Looks nice!
You might also have a look in the optionis.conf to the crontab (the ./build cron command).
Building the crontab, should be done once, but can do a lot of automatic updating for you and give warning.

I did see it. I didn't know you had to run it to set it. DONE....

THANKS

Is there also any commands for cleaning the whole server of old logs, temp files or a option to do regular maintenance tasks? Thanks!

Check out the cron section. Also ./build clean

this post also was easy to find. https://forum.directadmin.com/showthread.php?t=48291

as long as you have logrotate set up how you like it. It should keep that up.
