CustomBuild doesn't work properly after 1.683

Hello,

I have a server running Rocky Linux 8.10 with DA and LiteSpeed. Last night I updated the OS packages, and DA to 1.683 up from 1.681.

And got two problems...
1. it doesn't detect some of the installed PHP versions which are already there:

2. some websites hosted on the server are not working with some unclear errors, seems related to snuffleupagus, but some other works... and changing to PHP 8.4 makes them work...:

Any ideea what is wrong here? Anyone else had problems like this? I fixed permissions, rebuild configs, rebuild packages... nothing worked...
