CustomBuild PHP 8.0 not removed from Update Software

Hi there,

Running on AlmaLinux 8.
CustomBuild 2.0.0 rev: 2737.

A few lines of software showed up in the CustomBuild Update Software tab so I updated each individually.
After every update update the popup window stayed open and I clicked the Cancel or Close buttons where after each row would clear of the Update Software Tab - Strange that some are Cancel only while others are Close.

The problem is the PHP 8.0 update from 8.08 to 8.0.9 which seemed to have run the update correctly and ended with a Close but no matter what I try it remains in the Update Software Tab. Even after a reboot.

The CustomBuild menu has a (1) next to it and the PHP 8.0 row remains there even after doing the update multiple times.
I've not tried doing this from the command line yet.

Any advise or reason why this is happening?

Advice from Richard to do updates under Command line SSH with the custumbuild ./build ......

I did an update recently and the screen froze on me too. I do know the updates take a long time to build, like ten plus minutes on the virtual machine I am using (2 CPU Xenon, 8 Gigs of RAM).

No it did not, I had to default to using the command line.
