Custombuild software has been upgraded

Just got a message from my VPS saying "Custombuild software has been upgraded".
It upgraded PHP versions, PCRE2 and Exim.

Strange thing is that I didn't start any update and auto updates are set to "no", only notifications are enabled.
There also is no plugin log about these updates.

So, who is updating and why can't I see any logs about the updates?

Never mind the question above.

It seems my hoster has done the update without notice.

The Crons system for updating is turned on by your host. As to keep the box updated.
