Hello,

Package 'apache2-bin' is installed on the system, please remove the system Apache packages and try again. That's what the output says. If the package is required for Immunify360, you might re-install it later.

This is a relatively fresh system, installed recently. Why didn't this package cause issues during the DA installation or the series of subsequent updates, yet now it suddenly demands its removal?
This will result in downtime and a repair process (reinstalling Imunify) with unpredictable consequences.
I don't see a single word about this in the DA changelog.

I have to admit -in all honesty - that the attitude of DA and their support team toward customers is a bad joke.
The server installs without any errors or warnings and runs smoothly for months. During that time, it undergoes several updates- also without a hitch.
Then, suddenly, an update fails because of an incompatibility issue- and this happens on a currently supported system (the latest version, LTS, not EOL) with an active DA license.

Given this attitude toward customers and the market, it’s no surprise to me that my clients are abandoning DA for other solutions en masse, and the market is moving away from it, too.

It is truly sad. This solution is not suitable for production because it is unpredictable. Numerous and varied problems have proven this.

FYI Romans - there was no Apache installed on this server before running DA installation. It was clean, minimal installation of Ubuntu 26.04. Then, based on requirements - DA was installed. All of the requiremets were meet. So I met all the guidelines.
