Da Backup

Hi,

Today i wanted to setup cron backups, but when i setup everything and i wanna test if it works, i get the following error:

ncftpput: Could not change to directory /backup/: server said: backup: Permission denied.

When going to the ftp server with Totalcommander or another ftp program it works fine and i can make/edit folders etc.
The target folder has 777 rights so that cant be the problem?

Anyone can help me with this ?

Your ftp program is uploading to /backup on another server? Are you sure that it is indead the path /backup and not /home/user/backup

Which backup method are you using sysbackup or admin level backup.
