DA Lifetime License did not renew properly - Help

I have a DA Lifetime license. I kept getting License renewal emails so I contacted DirectAdmin and they said the new license will automatically renew until 2036. I did see that in the license part of DA that it said the current license will expire and the new one will be active until 2036. I see this also in my DA account. I have set up a support ticket, but I need this taken care of ASAP. Will DA support be able to activate this for me or do I have to hire someone to do this?
