I ran into this problem after setting up my DA install on a VPS system back in the summer, but this was a really low priority with data migration, growing a customer base, etc. Anyway I noticed an automated system message was left today regarding one customers account being 80% full of their storage space. However I did not get an email notification to my "admin" account.
Just an FYI, my admin account's email connection on the server works just fine, but DA is not delivering the messages to it. What do I need to look at to see about getting this fixed?
