DA ticket messages not being emailed.

I ran into this problem after setting up my DA install on a VPS system back in the summer, but this was a really low priority with data migration, growing a customer base, etc. Anyway I noticed an automated system message was left today regarding one customers account being 80% full of their storage space. However I did not get an email notification to my "admin" account.

Just an FYI, my admin account's email connection on the server works just fine, but DA is not delivering the messages to it. What do I need to look at to see about getting this fixed?

I did check, and when I searched using admin@stargatesg1.... or diradmin@... per what came from the email headers of previous ticket messages, I get nothing in the main, panic, or reject logs in Exim for Nov 1. Which is when DA generated the system message. It's almost like DA isn't even generating the email, not that it's getting lost when working it's way to me.
 
I'd suggest checking with either DirectAdmin support or your VPS provider support. I could log in, find the problem and fix it (and tell you what I did), but I'd need to charge for it. If you're interested in hiring me, please check my siglines and email me.
