dataskq not running task.queue

Hi ,
task.queue is not running and i should running it manually with : /usr/local/directadmin/dataskq d

in error taskq.log after run it this errors apear :

2014:02:27-20:33:09: proftpd didn't reread properly, re-starting
2014:02:27-20:33:15: service clamd wasn't running, starting it
2014:02:27-20:33:34: service clamd didn't start, re-starting it


please help me what should i do ?
